Ellie-Jayne Murphy

Ellie-Jayne has worked in the insurance industry since 2014 and joined Bickley Insurance in 2019. Prior to joining the company, she managed key accounts within the chauffeur and private hire sector for a leading insurance broker.

After successfully managing the company’s renewals function for several years, Ellie-Jayne was promoted to Client Services Team Leader in 2025. In her current role, she leads the Personal Lines team while also supporting colleagues across the wider business. She remains actively involved in managing client renewals and account management, ensuring clients continue to receive the high level of service and support they have come to expect.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Ellie-Jayne is involved in the day-to-day management of operations, team development, and client service delivery. Her strong organisational skills, leadership, and commitment to client care make her an invaluable member of the Bickley Insurance team.
