Our Option C insurance cover is comprehensive and compliant with the required JCT terms, so you can cover all your contractual requirements with a bespoke policy.

This is where the employer takes out a joint names ‘all risks’ insurance for both the contract works and existing structures, in joint names, with the contractor. What’s more, we can add Terrorism cover and non-negligence JCT 6.5.1 insurance (previously 21.2.1), which provides additional cover against liability for loss or damage to adjacent or surrounding property. With such extensive covers available from a range of different market leading insurers, your interests are always protected.
