Michael Papageorgis

Michael began his insurance career in 2005 with a high street broker, specialising in Personal Lines insurance. Through his dedication and commitment to delivering excellent client service, he quickly progressed into management positions.

In 2008, Michael joined Bickley Insurance with the ambition of expanding his expertise in Commercial Insurance. Working closely with the company’s senior team, he developed extensive knowledge across both commercial and personal lines, establishing himself as a trusted adviser to clients and colleagues alike.

Having served as a Director for many years, Michael was officially appointed Managing Director in 2026. With a wealth of experience and an exceptional understanding of the insurance market, he oversees all aspects of the business, from client account management and business development to strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Michael remains heavily involved with clients, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring they receive the highest level of service and advice, while leading the continued growth and success of Bickley Insurance.
